Leaders are found throughout an organization and possess the passion to make a difference with others around them and in their organizations. E.L.I.T.E.’s mission is to help guide and educate these leaders to facilitate knowledge sharing as leaders inspire and empower other leaders.
OUR OBJECTIVES
We have two main objectives:
- To provide high quality educational opportunities, and
- To provide guidance through our consulting services that will inspire and motivate public safety leaders.
Developing effective leadership practices among public safety personnel will:
- Improve organizational performance,
- Create needed organizational change,
- Promote a safety culture, and
- Reduce costs which will benefit our citizens and communities in which we serve.
